Terms of Service

For The Artist:

• I have the right to refuse a project• I'll be only providing the runtime files or .moc3 to the client and will not be including the .cmo3 or editable file. Getting the Editor file will require for you to pay extra• I will start on the project as soon as I have received the payment, will be using PayPal and only US Dollars are accepted. Refunds are not available.• Rushed or Express Commissions will cost another 100$ but depends on how many are on the list of clients.• I require that the client credit my rigging on an easy to see place Via Twitter/Youtube/Twitch Description• My rigging cannot be sold off as NFT or cryptocurrency• Making big revisions will cost extra.

For the Client:

• Client have the right to use the model publicly and can do anything they want with it with exceptions as other parts of the TOS mentioned.• Clients have the right to ask for revisions if ever parts they want to look different.• Clients don't have the right to pass my work as theirs

Process of Comissioning

  1. Details about said model will be talked about via Twitter DM or Discord.

  2. Payment will be sent via Paypal.

  3. After payment, project will start immediately.

  4. I'll be sending updates daily of what's happening on the rigging.

  5. On the final day, I'll be conducting a Meeting between you and me via discord call for Tweaks and small revisions.

  6. I'll send the file immediately after the meeting is done.

  7. We've successfully finished a comms! ｡ﾟ(TヮT)ﾟ｡
